Domain Ownership: We manage your domain, which will remain on our servers unless you request a transfer.
Transfer Request Fee: A one-time fee of $20 is required to transfer your domain to another provider.
Hosting
Hosting Services: Your website will be hosted on our secure servers. Access to the hosting backend is not provided.
Hosting Transfer Fee: A one-time fee of $50 is required to transfer your website to your own hosting provider.
No Refunds: No refunds are available for either the monthly or annual plans once purchased.
Cancellation and Transfer Requests
Request Period: All requests for cancellations or transfers of hosting, website content, design, and domain must be made within 14 days of your plan’s end date.
Monthly Plan: If you wish to transfer your website content and design while on a monthly plan, a fee of $120 applies.
Annual Plan:
If you wish to transfer your website before the end of the year, a fee of $120 applies, covering the website building cost.
If you wish to transfer after the year ends, only the $50 hosting transfer fee applies.
Email Accounts
Free Business Emails: Two business email accounts are included with your plan.
Additional Emails: Additional email accounts can be added for $12 per email per year.
Website Maintenance
Basic Maintenance: Includes updates and security checks to ensure your website runs smoothly.
Additional Issues: Any other issues will be assessed individually, with pricing based on the nature and cost of the problem.
Edit Requests and Additional Pages
Edits and Additions: All edit requests and additional pages are provided upon request and priced accordingly based on the client’s specific needs.
Content
Client-Provided Content: Clients are responsible for providing the content for their website. If not provided, dummy content will be used.
Revisions
One Free Revision: Clients are entitled to one free revision after website delivery, encompassing all desired changes and updates.
Payments
Recurring Payments: Payments recur based on the selected plan (monthly or yearly). Clients must manually cancel their subscription to avoid automatic renewals.
Cancellation Notice: If a client cancels without notifying us, the website and all associated content, domain, and emails will be deleted within 14 days after cancellation.
Domain Renewal: Domain renewal for the next year costs $18, including taxes and an SSL certificate.
Additional Features
Three-Page Limit: Our standard plans include three pages. Additional pages are available at an extra cost.
Advanced Features: Additional features such as WooCommerce integration or converting the website into a shop are available at an extra cost.
